We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our multi-disciplinary operations team. The position will work closely with our other operations personnel to handle day-to-day office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and supporting office visitors in our venture ecosystem as needed.
Develop organizational procedures and operational systems for office operations
Improve internal/external stakeholder relationships through active communications
Manage office mail, schedules, equipment/supplies, and traffic as needed
Continue education in organizational management and operations
Establish team atmosphere through positive leadership skills
Certificate or Degree or in marketing (or related field preferred)
1+ years of office support experience
Excellent in fast-paced environments a plus
Excellent computer skills in MS Office, etc.
Excellent in client facing sales, reporting engagements
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, management and communication skills
Experience in fund environment/management a plus
Full-Time or Part-Time
